Shipping Policy

Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately and a shipping email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times: standard delivery is typically 7–12 business days from shipment. The checkout page always shows your current delivery estimate before you pay.

Cost: flat $4.95 on orders under $60; free shipping on orders $60+.

Where we ship: United States at launch.

Delays: weather, carrier issues, and holidays can add days. If your tracking hasn’t moved in 7 days, email hello@volumette.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address: double-check your address at checkout — we can’t reroute orders once shipped. If a package returns to us, we’ll reship it; you cover the second shipping cost.
