This set pairs a jade roller with a chilled ice face mask — two simple tools for a cooling, relaxing facial massage. Start with the chilled mask to wake up the skin, then follow with the jade roller, gliding it gently over the face and neck for a few minutes of calm. How to use

1. Chill: place the ice face mask in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes (do not freeze). The jade roller can be used at room temperature or chilled briefly in the fridge for extra coolness.
2. Mask: lie back and rest the chilled mask over your face for 10–15 minutes.
3. Roll: remove the mask, then roll the jade roller gently outward and upward — cheeks, jawline, forehead, and down the sides of the neck. Use light pressure; never tug at the skin.
4. Clean: wipe the roller clean after each use and let it air-dry.
