14-Day Volume Promise: try the set for 14 days from delivery. Not thrilled? Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number for a full refund — no return shipping, no questions asked.

How refunds work: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. You’ll get an email confirmation.

Damaged or wrong items: send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund — your choice, no return needed.

After 14 days: contact us anyway; we’ll do what’s fair on a case-by-case basis.
